Recent Website Updates

So recently I updated the website and added a really cool flash dropdown menu.  What do you guys think?  Any other suggestions?

    The flash drop down menu is great, but I’m experiencing a bit of lag (sometimes it takes a while for the flash menu to be able to drop down, it acts like a regular block of text). Maybe it’s cause I’m using safari. Otherwise it’s great (:
